What to Do When You Receive A "Application Failed" Message

If you receive the message "Application Failed", there are a number of reasons for why.

Before reaching out to support, try turning your device on and off and logging out and back into Impact Atlas.

If the issue persists, contact us via the chat function on your app or the web platform. Be sure to include the phrase "Application Crashing". Please include your username and a screenshot of the message you are receiving.
