Can't Log Out? Here is What to Do

If there is a notification that you cannot log out, it could be because there are pending surveys on your device:

The red circle with a "1" at the top right hand of the app screen below tells you that you have a pending survey to submit.

When you click on the red dot, it will take you to the following screen:

To delete these submissions, hold down on the name of the survey to delete. Then hit OK.

Tip: If you cannot submit surveys, there may be something corrupt with your submission. Please take a photo of the message or screen that displays and share this with Impact atlas at support [email protected]. Please provide your version number of your app.
