There are 2 types of surveys:
1- Pre-built surveys (templates)
2- Blank / build your own survey (other - start fresh)

To access them, click on "Form Builder" then on "Create"

When creating a new survey, you are presented with a pop up where you are choosing if you want to start from a built-in template or start fresh.

The pre-built surveys are guiding the user in having certain data points or pre built mechanism that will automatically be displayed on the different dashboards (pre built visualizations).
