When creating a new survey, you are presented with two types of surveys: pre-built and build your own (Other - Start fresh).

The pre-built surveys are guiding the user in having certain data points or pre built mechanism that will automatically displayed on the different dashboards (pre built visualizations).

1. Registration: a survey that collects basic registration information of a participant.

2. Distribution: a survey that distributes different types of non-productive assets, like, for example, food, shoes, medication, etc.
