How to use the Needs Attention Feature

The Needs Attention feature is a way for field workers to flag when a participant requires a special need from the field. For example, health issues or a recent death may need to be reported on in a timely manner.

First, create a New Request to create the participant's need. You can select the participant and then select the need type, description, date of request, need status, and priority level. You may create multiple needs per participant.

To update a need, simply click on the Update Status survey. In order to do this, you must have already created a New Request!

The Update Status survey checks the progress of the previously created need's status. Once a need's status is marked as resolved, the issue will be marked as completed.
