Manage cohorts

Now you have the possibility to manage your cohorts in Impact Atlas web. There are 2 possible status: active and archived.

By default, a cohort is going to be created as active. The idea of this functionality is to allow the users to archive the cohorts that are no longer required. One use case is when, for example, the program ended and no data is going to be collected or used anymore.

In order to access this functionality, click on "Program Management" in the left menu and under "Program Management", click on "Manage Cohorts";

To archive a cohort, you just need to click on "Archive" option next to the corresponding cohort;

A pop up will appear asking if you really want to archive that cohort and in case you do so, click on "Confirm". Otherwise, "Cancel";

Once you confirm, the cohort is going to be showed in the archived list as below and it is no longer be available in the cohort selector in the web.

In case you want to unarchive it, you just need to click on "Unarchive" next to the corresponding cohort and it is going to be unarchived.
