You can manage the locations in your program through the Program Management portal:

From there, go to Manage Locations:

Then you will see the locations for your program listed. You can drag and drop to change the structure of your locations. You can also click on the "+" to add more:

Click Save and Request to send your changes to the dev team for their approval and application.

You can change the name for locations by click on the text field. Once you are finished, click Activate Name Changes for the changes to take affect:
