Assigning a new user to multiple groups

One very common business case is when the same user needs to have access to more than one cohort.
Now, the high level user roles have the possibility to assign a new user to multiple cohorts.

In order to do that, first you need to click on "Program Management" in the left menu:

Under Program Management, click on "Create New User":

Fill out the necessary information to create a new user, then select the role. Based on the selected role, the group structure is going to be loaded and you can select the first group and click on "Add a new permission level" to add this user to a second cohort, for example. You can repeat this step as many times as needed:

Once you are done selecting the groups, you should fill out the remaining information such as "Login" and "Contact" and then you can click on "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" in the bottom of the page. The new user should be able to access the account using the username and password set:
