Remotely control other devices

To get support for your devices from Impact Atlas technical team you can download TeamViewer QuickSupport from Play Store. Technical team have the ability to chat, transfer files back and forth, view device information, stop processes, and debug issues happening from the user devices.

How to set up TeamViewer QuickSupport:

Go to Play Store and search for “TeamViewer QuickSupport”:

Click on “Install” TeamViewer QuickSupport:

Click "Agree" and "Continue":

Click on "Done":

Enable “Display over apps” permission by clicking Settings button:

Share your ID to your administrator or Impact Atlas support team in case your device needs to be troubleshoot.
